Custom or Personalized Items: Items that are custom-made or personalized are specifically crafted for you and, therefore, cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Hygiene Considerations: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings or other jewelry worn in piercings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, subject to the return of the original item in its unused condition.
