Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. We encourage you to make informed decisions and carefully review all product details before finalizing your purchase.

 

Exceptions to the No-Return Policy

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Items that are custom-made or personalized are specifically crafted for you and, therefore, cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Hygiene Considerations: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings or other jewelry worn in piercings cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, subject to the return of the original item in its unused condition.

To report a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to us at support@jivanijewelry.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or send out a replacement as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Costs

  • For Damaged or Defective Items: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Jivani Jewelry will cover the cost of return shipping.
